US Army's Project VISTA - Section L Solicitation Updates for Acquisitions that Value Innovation

Recommended:

For the Project VISTA sub-factor found within a solicitation, offerors will identify one or more innovative technology for transition into the delivered solution. The technology must have been developed/funded through the Department of Army (DA) or Department of Defense (DOD) Research and Development programs such as but not limited to: the SBIR or STTR programs, other Transaction Agreements, and the DOD Mentor-Protege program.

The Offer shall include the technology developer as part of their proposed subcontracting team. Click here for a list of Forward Edge-AI's Phase I/II SBIRs/STTRs that qualify.

VISTA allows the Army provide a higher technical rating during the source selection process to those who prime contracts who incorporate these investments in innovation into their solution.
