IMPORTANT: After downloading the app, go to the Settings Menu, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and either take a screen shot or write down your Identification Number to save for future reference. We do not store your private information on our servers and are unable to assist you with your account without that number.
Scroll down until you reach the Customer support section. There, you can see three sections: Contact Us, Quick Start Guide, and Cancel My Service.
Tapping Contact Us will navigate you to our customer support website, where you can enter questions for self-help, or tap the white and blue chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
