IMPORTANT: After downloading the app, go to the Settings Menu, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and either take a screen shot or write down your Identification Number to save for future reference. We do not store your private information on our servers and are unable to assist you with your account without that number.

Chapter 1: Accounts

Unlike the central database storage of our competitors, Gabriel® leverages the decentralized nature of Blockchain making it practically impossible for a successful hack. Also, our company’s overriding policy is to collect as little user information as possible to ensure a completely private and anonymous user experience when using the product. For example, we have no technical means to associate your name, email address, or phone number with your account.

Because we have no technical means to associate your name, email address, or phone number with your account, you must provide your Gabriel® Identification Number when you contact us for assistance. Your Gabriel® Identification Number is located at the bottom of the settings screen.

1.1 Creating your Account

Your account is created when you enable permissions to Gabriel® on your app. Your personal data remains on your phone and is not stored a database. You are identified with your Gabriel® Identification Number. This number is needed if you require assistance from our customer support team. This number is not associated with any personal data. To find your Gabriel® Identification Number, click "Settings" at the bottom right of your toolbar. Scroll down until you see Gabriel® metadata. 1.2 Optional Features

The information that you provide Gabriel® is used for a short period of time, and then deleted so it is not stored in a central database. Features that require such information are 1) redeeming points for gift cards, 2) automated registration in your country’s do not call list, and 3) automated complaint filing.

1.3 Transferring Accounts

Transferring accounts from one phone to another is generally not possible. The App is designed to detect possible SIM Swap Scams. This is a feature designed to protect you. Because we do not store your private information on our servers, the only way for us to help you, is for you to contact customer support and provide your 16-digit Gabriel® Identification Number. By providing your Identification Number to Customer Support, it may be possible to transfer your account to a new phone.

In the future, an In-App purchase will be available to allow you to store your Identification Number, phone settings, and points balance to a permissioned Blockchain to facilitate account transfer.

1.4 Canceling Service

We have no technical means to associate your name, email address, or phone number with your account. Cancel your service at any time by uninstalling the Gabriel® app from your device.

1.5 Reinstating Service

All of your personal information is stored on your device. When you cancel your service, all information used for Gabriel® is deleted from your phone. To reinstate service, please uninstall the app and reinstall it. NOTE: All points will reset to zero, because of the new account.

Chapter 2: Billing

Gabriel® offers its services for free. The only thing requiring a subscription is when you wish to redeem points for gift cards. To unlock features, click "Settings" on the bottom right of your toolbar. Scroll down to "Paid Features" and click "Unlock Points". There are two ways to unlock the paid features:

  1. Subscribe for $0.99 per year

  2. Unlock by spending points you've already accrued.

Once unlocked, you will be given the option to redeem your point balance for gift cards.

2.1 Subscription Cancellations

The core App is free, and some parts are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and an annual periodic basis. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it, or the company cancels it.

You may cancel your subscription or renewal at any time either through your settings menu or by contacting the company and providing your 16-digit identification number. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period, and you will be able to access the service until the end of your current subscription period.

2.2 Customer Support

For any issues, please contact our customer support. Click "Settings" from the toolbar in the app and select "Contact Us". A member from our Customer Care team will respond to any issues, concerns, or feedback.
