Biographical Sketch: John received both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from North Carolina A&T State University, and an additional M.S. in Mathematics from George Mason University. While at GMU, he conducted research on Diametrical Risk Minimization at the Center for Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (CMAI). After graduating, he joined the Institute for Defense Analyses as a Research Associate in the Cost Analysis and Research Division (CARD), where he supported projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Commerce, and the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). In October 2025, he began working as an AI/ML Engineer at Forward Edge AI. He brings experience in applying AI/ML to real-world problems and is committed to continuous learning and growth in the field.
