John was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, a border city where cultures blend and resilience is a part of everyday life. Growing up in this unique environment instilled in him a strong sense of duty, community and adaptability. After seven years of service in the U.S. Army, he has carried forward the discipline and leadership forged through experience into his new journey in the civilian life. His time in the military shaped how he views challenges, especially those related to product creation and emerging technologies. One problem he is passionate about is improving the speed and accuracy of Geospatial Intelligence using AI to help analyze geospatial data in real time, identifying threats, terrain changes, or movements.
