Stephen is a dedicated military leader and professional with over 20 years of service in Army Aviation. As a transitioning First Sergeant, Stephen has gained extensive experience in a variety of critical areas, including leadership, management, operations, training development, quality assurance, security, safety and instruction. His career has been built on guiding and supervising teams in high-stakes environments, where excellence and attention to detail are paramount. He has been awarded multiple medals and awarded the Bronze Order of Saint Micheal.

Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, and a Lean Six Sigma Green belt Certification. He has honed his expertise in quality control through his role as a Quality Control Inspector with the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), where he was responsible for ensuring the highest standards in aviation operations and maintenance.

Currently, Stephen is interning with Forward Edge-AI through the DoD SkillBridge program, where he is exploring new opportunities in the tech industry and expanding his skill set for the next phase of his career. Known for his passion for continuous learning and growth, Stephen believes that becoming the best version of yourself starts with not only understanding the “why” but also being open to new approaches that foster improvement
