Gabriel uses anonymous device-level authentication to open an account. As such, your private information is not required to download Gabriel or establish an account. However, users may opt-in for automatic registration to the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) National Do Not Call Registry (DNC); and automatic compliant filing services provided by Gabriel.

To see the option to register, click on the Settings icon at the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.

Once there, scroll down until you see My Details (optional).

Once you click on Enter Details, you will see 3 options to register for: allow Gabriel to register me in my country's 'do not call' database, allow Gabriel to file eConsumer.gov complaints for me, and I want to redeem my points.

After registering, you will see a confirmation screen and a button to return to settings.

Do Not Call Registry

Data required by the FTC’s DNC registry or to file a complaint is stored on your phone and is not persisted in our servers. If users do not wish to participate in automated registration or complaint filing may simply leave those fields in settings blank.

To automatically register your phone in the FTC’s DNC registry or for automatic complaint filing, Tap “Do Not Call and Complaints” within the gear icon (top of the screen). Select "Do Not Call Registry," and enter the requested information. Please note that we do not store your private information on our production servers. Information you enter here is stored on your device until called. Once the information is used, it is deleted and not persisted on our servers.

Complaints & Payouts

By registering for complaint filing, you agree that your personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, call logs, and voice messages may be shared with attorneys selected by Forward Edge-AI for the purpose of investigating and prosecuting lawsuits involving potential violations of state and federal telemarketing laws. If our attorneys recover fines and penalties from robo-callers, a portion of those funds may be shared with our customers. For additional terms and conditions, please visit our Terms and Service page.

Redeem Points

Registering for “Redeem Points” will allow points to be added to your points total when a fine is awarded from a complaint that was filed on your behalf. 30 percent of the awarded amount will be added to your points.
