IMPORTANT: After downloading the App, go to the settings menu, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and either take a screen shot or write down your Identification Number. Email that information to yourself for future reference. We do not store your private information on our servers and cannot assist you with your account without that number.
Our company’s overriding policy is to collect as little user information as possible to ensure a completely private and anonymous user experience when using the Service. We also have no technical means to associate your name, email address, or phone number with your account.
When you download app, the software does install a unique 16-digit Microsoft Azure PlayFab identification number on your device to help us troubleshoot bugs and issue scam alerts to our users. Your PlayFab Identification number can be found through the Device Metadata menu by tapping the gear icon.
Your PlayFab ID is kept permanently to authenticate your device and account even if you delete or uninstall the app. The PlayFab ID is used to confirm that your device is authorized to access our services. If you purchase a new device, a new PlayFab ID will be issued unique to the new device. As such, your private information is not required to download nss-X or establish an account.
How to Cancel
STEP 1: To permanently cancel your subscription, tap the "Delete Account" button in your settings menu. The app stores a local flag that prevents further use. If you attempt to launch the app, you will see an overlay with the following message: "You deleted this account and cannot use this app any further."
Note: this feature is the same for both Gabriel and nss-X apps.
STEP 2: Tap and hold the App Icon until you see the Uninstall Menu, then tap "X Uninstall."
When nss-Xis uninstalled from your device, data stored on your phone is immediately deleted. We do not store your information on our production servers. Any points you have earned cannot be recovered. The unique PlayFab identification number, which is generated by the App however, is retained permanently on our servers to prevent duplication of account numbers.
