Our tool uses GAI/LLM technology developed under our NSF SBIR to automatically generate paperwork for Phase III sole source contract awards. The tool will auto-generate all documentation the SBIR company is allowed to produce or provide input to under the rules of the SBIR Policy Directive, DAU Contracting Cone, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (e.g. a Memorandum for the Record).

Paperwork will auto-generate in under two minutes and enable our government partners to avoid the arduous process the government must go through to compete a requirement – planning the procurement, developing the solicitation, soliciting proposals and evaluating them, sending out questions to offerors, making an award decision and then having it protested and held up in bid protests. Using our tool, a sole-source award can be made in a matter of weeks or even days. Nothing could be easier. Fast, quick, and easy–that is what an SBIR sole-source award represents to the government.
