To streamline support and improve efficiency, we’ve created a dedicated helpdesk for all Cassian support needs, similar to the process we use for Isidore.

What You Need to Know

All Cassian-related requests should be submitted through the Cassian Helpdesk, including:

  • Support Requests: Report issues or request technical assistance

  • Information Requests: Ask questions or request documentation

  • Feature Suggestions: Submit ideas so they can be reviewed and tracked

How It Works

You can submit a ticket in either of the following ways:

To ensure consistency and prevent requests from being missed, all Cassian requests must be routed through the Cassian Helpdesk.
