This document confirms that Isidore Quantum can be exported under license exception ENC (Encryption and Export Administration Regulations). As a result, an export license is not required under Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Note that this exception is limited to commercial versions of Isidore Quantum that have not undergone TEMPEST testing, and have not certified as High Assurance by the US National Security Agency (NSA).
